Owner & President Bruce Robinson has an extensive background in sales, sales management, business management, non-profit business management, law enforcement and law. He started offering sound reinforcement and music presentation services in 1999.
Educated in Baltimore, he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, The Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts (BA – Jurisprudence) and the Community Colleges of Baltimore County (AA – Paralegal Studies). Additionally, he is a Certified Elections Registrar and Administrator (CERA) receiving his certification from The Election Center after completing coursework through Auburn University.
Subsequent to leaving the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration where he managed the Driver Instructional Services Division, Bruce has been providing professional audio services, volunteer services in the community, writing blogs, reviewing books and downsizing. An avid student of life and elections, he focuses his studies and writings on those topics. He served on the Baltimore County Board of Elections from 2006 through 2011 as a substitute member. He served on two Maryland general Assembly Commissions studying Public Financing of Maryland Political Campaigns (2003-04) and Campaign Finance (2011-12). He is extremely proud of his service to the people of Baltimore County and Maryland through the Timonium Optimist Club and Foundation, Inc. and the Maryland/South Delaware Optimists where he has chaired the Oratorical Scholarship Contest.
Prior to all that, he was the Executive Director of the Judith P. Ritchey Youth Services Center, Inc., a Motorcycle Safety Instructor and Rider Coach, Claims Investigator, Private Investigator, Customer Service Manager, and sold B2B for technology vendors.
Bruce’s bottom line is that to provide good service, the needs of the customer must be identified.
